Might be worth having a look at Bittitans Sharepoint Migration solution as well (MigrationWiz). &nbsp;I've not used it to migrate Sharepoint personally but I do use it in some email migrations and it works like magic for that:<br />

We may well manually migrate the files from onsite to sharepoint. The tools sound good, but we need to be have the time to test before using them. Sound advice though. Thanks

We have a client that would neatly fit into moving form SBS 2011 and onsite exchange &amp;&nbsp;SharePoint (built in) to Business essentials including SharePoint online.<br />
There are approx. 40 users and they would all need to access to 300gb in SharePoint.<br />
My questions are <br />
Are there sharepoint migration tools &nbsp;to help migrate from sbs 2011 to online (We plan to keep a local DC and fileserver onsite)<br />
The client is looking for a hybrid solution, so if possible move emails to o365 but retain files onsite, could this work with SharePoint online (ie referencing the file onsite , using online portal and backing up.
