Excel countifs formula

Why is this not working??

I need to count the cell that contain "N/A"  "2"   "3"   "4"   "5"  in column H3:H50

="Total Scheduled = "&COUNTIFS(H3:H50,"N/A", [H3:H50,"2"], [H3:H50,"3"], [H3:H50,"4"], [H3:H50,"5"])

You don't need the [] around the additional arguments in the formula. This should work...

="Total Scheduled = "&COUNTIFS(H3:H50,"N/A", H3:H50,"2", H3:H50,"3", H3:H50,"4", H3:H50,"5")

That doesn't work - I get zero and I should be getting 24

Thanks!
Late but worth, shorter one:
="Total Scheduled = "&SUM(COUNTIFS(H3:H50,{"N/A","2","3","4","5"}))
