one user won't sync with O365

We hjave on prem AD and O365 in the cloud for Skype for Bus.

I have one user in AD that isn't showing up in O365 despite two sync having been done in the last hour.

IS there a way to get that one user to sync so I can provision their S4B in the O365 portal?  Like a powershell that will stnc one user or something?

No errors regarding the specific user and her account info is filled in correctly in AD.  She is just like every other user.

Did you checked in the deleted users on Office 365? it might be synced but has been deleted.
