A process in Win 10, named "CommRecovery", what does it do?

For a number of days I had noticed a very slow response in my HP Pavilion laptop running Win 10, and I noticed also that the cooling fan was ruuning all the time. Yesterday I found that a process called CommRecovery was making the CPU over 90% busy. I turned it off, it has not turned up since, and the laptop is up to normal behaviour. I can not find anything on this process by search on the Internet. Can anyone enlighten me?

Thank you Jackie and MASQ. I have this file. In retrospect I may, during this period, have had problems with my WIfi connection, in that it did not always connect automatically when the machine woke up from sleep. It seems to work now, and at least I do now know what it was that kept my system busy.
