Office 365 Public IP configuration on DNS ?
You know the records have to be in public DNS, right? They can't just be on an internal DNS server. Can you confirm that the screenshot you showed is of a server that is publicly reachable?

Yes, it is publicly available.
The server LON-WAP1 is Web Application Proxy for the public DNS.

There is a problem. We were not able to find a Start of Authority (SOA) record which may indicate a DNS problem.

Sorry, but I've reached the limit of my being able to guide you. I don't deal with hosting your own public DNS since I know it takes a lot to do properly.
