how to translate the math signs into Excel formula?

i am so dump to be able to read and decipher the Math equation signs into more understandable way. for example.

is translated using https://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php or http://www.hostmath.com/ to

Office has Equation Editor - See if that will help you. You can look it up on the Microsoft.
Here are some instructions on how to use it...
Click anywhere on a worksheet where you want to insert the equation.
On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Object.
In the Object dialog box, click the Create New tab.
In the Object type box, click Microsoft Equation 3.0. ...
In the Object dialog box, click OK.
