Domain Service Not Responding
Hi Experts,
I hope someone can offer some advice as I seem to be in a sticky situation.
I have been using Ecomedia for domian management for nearly 10 years now without issue.
I got reminder email to renew a domain on Feb 25th - However when I attempt to login via the link provided I get an error message
"OOPS An Internal Error has occured"
The email contact I have for Ecomedia bounces <2checkout@onedollarhost.n et> as does the listed contact email <sale@onedollarhost.net>
The "Storefront Domain Manager" is
http://kengee.shopco.com/manage/login
Whois Lookup reports my Registrar as
http://tucowsdomains.com
Registration Service Provider:
Ecomedia, 2checkout@onedollarhost.ne t
On tucows site I found a "dispute resolution form" which I filled out 5 days and I got an auto response from
compliance@opensrs.org
but nothing since.
As I said I have been using Ecomedia and
http://kengee.shopco.com/manage/login
for many years and as recently as last November I registered a domain with them.
So my question is - Can I transfer my domains to another Registrar without being able to login to the existing Registrar.
If I can not - what can I do? Some of these sites are commercial systems - so I cannot have down time!

Are they out of business? and is this where you're trying to login into and getting that error message?

I havent tried OneDollarHost.net in many years but it is now redirecting to a HSphere Control panel login.

Try and see if you can login using that, and if you're successful moved all your services to a reliable hosting like godaddy or bluehost.

I presume Ecomedia \ Onedollarhost are just the reseller as my WhoIs tells me the Registrar is Tucows Inc.
However they do not seem to be responding either. Can I take it to another level ?

Yeah, if you can build a case and show tucows that you tried to communicate your reseller and also have proof that you own those domains then they should be able to point them to another registrar.
Does ecomedia have twitter? maybe you can reach out to them there and see if one of their admins can contact you.

When I log in I had to reset my user details and then I could renew my domain.
The response from Compliance is a bit light and I have had no response from Ecomedia\Onedollarhost which is disconcerting.
Perhaps I should transfer my business.
Anyhow this seems to be resolved for now. Thanks you for your help Luis - I hope I can return the favour some day.

But how ? Their email addresses are bouncing. I haven't tried the phone number yet.
