@Alex - HP is Manufacturer of that laptop, and that driver is Customized only for use with that laptop, not for that Graphic Card.
Intel doesn't provide Customized Versions of Drivers and you have to download it from Manufacturer.
you can upgrade this drive from Intel but Difinitly you will lose some functionality.

I've downloaded drivers from intel all the time and they in fact work better for most situations. I rolled out a windows 8.1 Windows to go stick setup and that's all I downloaded, intel drivers.
@Alex - that was my experience

Maybe have the Multiple Displays changed so it's not on "Show only on 2" can't you drop that down and say extend to this display?

ASKER

Hit CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow (if not Up do the other arrow keys)
Also click on 1 and make that your main display and then try to rotate 2.

I'm NOT done yet......
But I'm still thinking....
Right,
Click one, click set as my main display
Click screen 2 and see if that unlocks the rotation.
I've got one last (brutal thing) to try after this.....

OK did you remove the drivers completely?
I'm close to offering remote support at this point.... Would you be acceptable to that? Normally I wouldn't but I hate losing.
Oh, try installing the monitor drivers :p

Your best bet would be going to intel and getting the drivers from there :D
