Server 2008 R2 WSUS - Clients not pulling via Group Policy

Hello, I'm trying to setup WSUS on a server 2008 r2 box. WSUS itself has been setup ok and pulls updates from the windows update service. However, I am having trouble with client machines pulling the updates from WSUS via group policy. I have tried things a few different ways, followed some youtube videos but still not having any luck.

I am thinking it is because my "computers" in AD are just in the original "computers" OU. They aren't grouped say in "Central Office".  Can I move those computers into a new OU called "Central Office" and be ok and then setup the GPO to that group of computers?

I have attached three screen shots of AD, WSUS and GP. Thanks for your assistance.

I simply had the GPO linked to the top of a User OU. Once I linked at the domain level, and did a gpupdate /force the computer picked up the policy.
