Cisco Prime 2.2

I have cisco prime 2.2 on a virtual machine.  I'm running out of space and I don't know what to do to fix this problem  I have Vsphere client  however, it will not let me connect to add more space.  is there anything I can do?  When I try to use my Vsphere Webclient I'm getting some Java error?  Http Status 500 - REquest processed failed, nested exception is java.lang.IllegalStateException: BadRequest

Okay, where are you running out of space in the VM, or on the Host ?

do you have a snapshot, the VM is writing to, please read my EE Article, to see how to check this

Okay, so lets assume, that you need to increase the Virtual Machine storage space.

Was this supplied and create using an OVA/OVF appliance ?
No this was a OVF from Cisco running virtually on one server.  I'm trying to get it on vsphere web client but I can't find the configuration.
