I am not a SQL expert at all, so the details on thebSWL side I cannot provide. But I've seen SSIS done with all manner of third party repositories. I'd still recommend a 3rd party FTP server IIS really is a web server. FTP has just sorta been a tag-along, much like NNTP was until it finally died. I expect FTP to meet the same fate.

IIS Windows Server FTP
