VBS or Powershell script to resize the IE Explorer browser window to exactly 1920 x 1080 on the fly

I have an existing IE 11 Browser Window open and I need to record content for a video presentation @ 1080P resolution. The maximize control on the browser is not the solution because my monitor and the native resolution on my laptop display are larger than my preferred 1080P. What VBS or PS script can I execute that will allow me to resize on the fly as needed?

Thanks

Tried both options presented, neither worked out of the box, so to speak, but I think I need to spend more time testing to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. This vague response is not helpful I'm sure, but will address in greater depth as time permits. Thank you for your responses.
If you want more help, please reply on this thread and let me know.. I can do this in AutoIT pretty easily.. I've been looking for more PS options to do this, and I'm not having any luck finding a working example of even getting the window handle.. :-\
