What program can open a .sig file image?

and this description to make it look as though it has been recognised as an accepted solution to others' problems:
"[SOLVED] How To Fix / Open SIG Files".
In fact, if you replace the SIG part of the URL with ANYTHING ELSE it will load a page purporting to offer a fix for that kind of file. Try it:
