Can't get the Sandisk Secure vault to load
I just bought the Sandisk, and was looking forward to using the secure vault. The exe file was not on the disk, only a pdf with instructions. I tried to download the exe file to use it, but it won't work. First it said it would only work on the Sandisk, drive, and I get that, but when I tried to move the file onto the drive itself there's no record of it, as well as some other files I tried to move to the drive, they just disappear.
One thing I noticed, the pdf said this works with Windows 7 and 8, does not mention 10. Is this old software?

I got it to open. I was trying to open it from the Vault, but found I needed to go to the initial file to get the logon screen. Good to go now, thanks for your help.
Thanks for sharing. Recommend that you do a backup as well..
