Error Dell Equalogics

Hello Experts I'm not a SAN expert so i need your advice . I have a Server that is connected to a SAN . Im not the one who configured the Lun but since a couple of days i see the error attached

I wonder if the problem is serious and what could be the consequences ?
I had a crash of my ISCSI connector usually could this be related to the issue
PS: Im not the administrator of this SAN

Check the Initiator setup on the machine using the LUNs and the security setup on the SAN delivering them. Synchronize the settings so that both sides are using the correct security algorithms.

The error is telling you that the Initiator side has algorithms enabled that either shouldn't be or the settings between the two are not quite right.
