under SSH settings and uncheck "zlib compression." You may have difficulty connecting if that option is enabled.

If you'll get popup about SSH Key, just select TRUST THIS KEY and you should be OK

We  the client are using Ipswich- The server is using FileZillia
We are trying to connect using SFTP
There is nothing wrong with the connection- we can connect to the server using telnet
It looks like the server is Linux Ubuntu

The error I get is failed SSH Key Exchange  Transport closed

Go to WS FTP PRO and change SSH settings,
uncheck "zlib compression."

Filezilla Server does not support SFTP.  It does support FTPS/FTPES which are different and incompatible protocols.
