does andyroid emulator work on windows 10

Followed the download instructions three times after two intermittent uninstalls.
This program seems like malware
I can uninstall it in Control Panel, but an enormous number of bytes still remain on my hard drive and had to Use two excellent web cleaners to get rid of them. Then with multiple searches in Regedit, it would seem that it was cleared out.
I do not trust the install or uninstall, at all.
BTW the program never worked.
