Is there a way to change the CurrentUser name to another name, with out closing the system and sign in again?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

CurrentUser name is derived, if you want to change it then just assign a user name to a variable.

what are you trying to achieve?

I want to force the user to enter their user name and password when they go to another computer.
And not having to change the CurrentUser to a variable across the system where it's used,

How are you going to determine when a user goes to another computer?

And what's the ultimate goal of this endeavor? Are you trying to allow a user to pick up where they left off on MachineA from MachineB? Or is there some other goal?

I know that I have to create a new Log in.
I just wanted to know if there is a way to edit the CurrentUser to make it a little easier.
Thanks for you help
