I have a sequence container where I am calling dtsx packages to run in parallel. When I am executing sequence container,some of the packages are failing with the below error:

Error 0x80070020: Unable to access the package file. Make sure the file exists and you have permission to access it.. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

If I execute the container again,then its completing successfully.Also if I run the packages separately outside of sequence container,they are executing successfully.The same container is also executing successfully in a different environment.So,could n't understand what might be the issue.

can some one please suggest.

first thing you should perform to check that permissions to access these folders and files granted. So, if all the permissions are granted. Since you may be accessing the package located on the same system and not on any network share,access permission denied issue as this point of time was ruled out.
check the file system activity using Process Monitor utility. Run the process monitor utility and check the issue:
