Outbound messages randomly are blank.

We have a user where once in a while he will be sending an email and it randomly sends out blank.

It shows up in his sent items as blank as well. It's as if something is removing his content after he sends it but when I look in both reflexion and O365 message trace it doesn't get flagged as outbound spam.

Our Stack is:

1. O365 with Exchange online no hybrid
2. Exclaimer Signatures
3. Reflexion Spam filtering

Is this happening via Outlook only? Did you try with OWA to send emails?

OWA is a good troubleshooting step.

You can also startup Outlook in safe mode to disable any add-ons.   Add-ons can play all kinds of random havoc.


Also, look for any rules.  

And what happens if the user logs in on another computer?  Could be Outlook profile related.

We've tried disabling add-ons and started in safe mode in the past and it didn't work but we will try again.

How about when OWA is used?

The user is unwilling to use OWA for longer than a day and it usually is more than a day in between occurrences.
For further troubleshooting this issue we need to check if the issue is happening from OWA as well.
