I maintain a Sharepoint site for a community group and have run into an issue.
Whenever a user logs into the site, there is always that icon of the nine boxes that when you click on you get the options of Mail, Sharepoint, Store, People, etc...
However, I have one user that when she logs in, her icon only gives her the Mail options (Contacts, Tasks). She does not have the other buttons.
This is a new development, as up until recently she had everything working.
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
