Exchange 2013 in-place hold has emails that should not be on hold
I ran an ediscovery in-place hold search on a user's mailbox with a few search terms. The search pulled back 4 emails that were located in the user's Discovery Holds folder. The problem is that the user's mailbox is not under any Discovery in-place hold. The emails are beyond our 90 day retention policy so somehow they are being held. But I can't figure out why and how they are being held.
