Configure multiple email accounts in MS Outlook

Hello,

How do you configure Outlook (2010) to handle multiple email accounts so that:

1) all incoming emails end up in the same Inbox folder, regardless of the email address to which they were sent, and

2) all outgoing reply emails are sent from the email address to which the original email was sent

For example, suppose you use five email addresses and in a certain interval of time, you receive the following number of emails:

1 email sent to you at  a@gmail.com
2 emails sent to you at  b@gmail.com
3 emails sent to you at  c@site.com
5 emails sent to you at  d@yahoo.com
8 emails sent to you at  e@mail.com

The goal in Outlook is to:

1) have all 19 emails appear in a single Inbox folder, and

2) if you reply to say, the email sent to you at a@gmail.com, the reply will automatically originate from your a@gmail.com  account rather than one of your other accounts selected arbitrarily or by default.

Thanks

As noted way back, if you wish to do this, just point your email to the same email file and it all comes into the one mail file. I sort from there.
Feel free to sort them manually, I recommend using rules
With IMAP there is no option to where to point the email account.

This is what I am saying when you sort your mail in different folders when you move to a new computer or reinstall outlook with POP none of the folders will exists all will come in the the inbox since the folders or not saved in the gmail account the setting are only local, but with IMAP since all changes where pushed up to the gmail account all will be reloaded as soon the account is recreated
My answer only comment that mention Rules
Fine but distribution of points should be equal.
Closed as above with equal distribution of points.
