Cut/Paste from Excel into BCC field - 1000 email addresses - not all delivered - Outlook 2010/Exchange 2013
Pretty sure its not getting rejected by server so Im assuming its Outlook not accepting that many? Any ideas?

It is caused by the mail servers of the recipients and you need to outsource the delivery of mass mailing to a marketing firm or use a FEM software to do the job.

OK, check the value of maxrecipientspermessage in EMC first.
By default, the above value is 200.

Its Exchange 2013. All I can see is:-
get-transportservice | select *max*
Returns (amongst others) maxrecipientenvelopelimit of unlimited.

Also, in EAC I can see organisation transport settings.
MAximum number of recipients = unlimited
BUT, maximum send message size is 23Mb. Would this be cumulative for 1000 users?
But wouldnt sender get an error?
