Not able to browse newly added organization in CRM 2015

Dear Team,

I have added new organization in CRM 2015 and completed the process successfully. But it is showing following error while browsing new organization.

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

Any idea

Are you acccessing the organization internally or over the Internet?

If internally use the URL, http(s)://usual URL/neworgname  in other words just add "/neworgname" to the URL
If over the Internet it gets more complicated.

Dear Kadir,

I am accessing it internally , in other words directly from deployment manager. when i am browsing system is asking for credentials...After providing the credentials showing the error

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
Have you tried accessing the new organization from another computer?  Or typing the URL that you normally use into the browser - sometimes clicking the link in Deployment Manager doesn't work because it uses localhost in the URL name.

Also, is claims-based authentication or Internet-facing deployment used in your setup? That will have a bearing on authentication.
Kadir,

From other computer also giving same error!
Kadir,

I am not sure whether i have used claims-based authentication or Internet-facing deployment ; how can i check this ?
Hmm, the URL looks good.
I guess the new organization is showing as enabled in Deployment Manager?
Have you tried restarting the CRM server?

I'm not sure that I have any other suggestions.
If you created the new organization in Deployment Manager then your user account should have been added as a user to the new organization.

Perhaps you should try creating another organization and see if that behaves in the same way.
claims-based authentication or Internet-facing deployment showing disabled in deployment manager.
Kadir,

Organization showing enabled in Deployment Manager. Even after restarting the CRM server getting same error.

Already created another organization for testing but again showing same error.

Is there any additional steps needs to be done after finishing Creating Organization wizard ?
No, there are no additional steps needed after running the wizard.

There might be something else wrong with your deployment which I think will require someone to look at.
Thanks Kadir
