I have a macbook air running parallels &nbsp;, When I access RDP through this for some reason the shift key suddenly becomes non functioning as well as the command for screenshot . Command -Shit -4 just hangs until you press escape . I am unable to enter passwords because i cannot use caps or special characters &nbsp;<br />
Any suggestions ?
