Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Trial - keeps popping up, How do I make it stop?

Mike2015 used Ask the Experts™
We have an RDS environment where we host applications for our users. Adobe Acrobat Standard DC being one of them. For a few weeks now, we have been getting a pop up message that reads "Adobe Pro DC Trial" with the options to 1)Buy Now 2)License This Software 3)Continue Trial. I have purchased volume licensing, reinstalled Adobe, rebooted the server, did a fresh install of Adobe Standard DC, and applied the license - all during scheduled maintenance when there are no users logged on to the RDS server. However, our users are still getting this pop up. If I click on License This Software, I am prompted for my Adobe ID and to enter the license. If I click on Continue Trial, a countdown of 29 days begins, and the pop up keeps coming up several times for random users during the day. Has any one else seen or heard of this issue before? We have volume licensing for all of our applications hosted in the RDS environment, Adobe Acrobat seems to be the only problematic one.

How are you deploying?  The pop-up is because DC Pro genuinely can't find a valid licence - either because it can't connect to their own validation servers or because the deployment packaging isn't pointing to the correct internal location.
These licensing links should help you with the RDS issues
And your volume licensing comes with free deployment advice from Adobe so they can talk you though this too.
Hi, could be the wrong selection when you created your device license package,  did you by any chance follow these instructions?
Create packages with device licenses
Note that when logging in to the Creative Cloud Packager you should choose the top option, not the Enterprise option.
When in the Packager you should see the Deployment Pool.

Thank you both for your assistance. I ended up contacting Adobe directly. We are looking at doing an offline activation to get this going. Thanks again!
