Get Started with Digital Signatures

I'm looking at how to get our agency going with digital signatures. I would need to be able to digital sign pdf's, word docs and excel.

How do I get started?

Thanks for the responses.
I am looking to how to purchase, setup, configure our agency to begin using digital signatures and/or certificates. To electronically sign documents in the form of PDF's, docx and xlsx. But not limited to just these document types.
