How to set up a video conference between two classrooms

Hi
One of our staff is going to teach in a Classroom-A with 30 students. He will be using overhead projector and a screen and will be doing a PowerPoint presentation and using internet as well.
I would like to broadcast the same screen that is happening  in Classroom-A to Classroom-B
I would like the students in Classroom-B to hear what the teacher teaches in Classroom –A  and also when the students ask any questions from Classroom B this must be audible to the teacher in classroom B and when he answers this must be heard in classroom B

Both classroom have projectors and speakers and PC.
Please let me know how I can achieve this.
Any help would be great.

Great , Thanks Tom
Setup a video conference between 2 classrooms using tools like on premise R-HUB HD video conferencing servers. It provides 30 way HD video conferencing.
