SQL Backup Question

Running Tsql to backup database nightly but the .bak file keeps growing. Is there a Tsql that will overwrite the .bak file?
I am running the following:
 backup database [DBNAME]
to disk = '[Path]/name.bak'
Go
Microsoft SQL Server
