A beginner asks: Which macos postgreSQL client?

Hello World.
After searching I am surprised there doesn't seem to be any discussion about this.
I have navicat with two days remaining on trial. I have no idea if it suits me or not, being a novice. I am using Postgres because it seems to come with mac and I like stuff that is built in.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm happy with your suggestion, it rang a bell so I'll give it a go if I can figure out how to connect it to postgres (that's my bete noir)
