ASUS G750J Gaming laptop
Hello Experts
I have a client whose hard drive has apparently failed. It's very confusing, though. There is a secondary drive, which I have removed. Setup says the first drive is there, but I cannot find it.
My research indicates that one drive should be in the primary bay (on the bottom of the machine) and the second should be in the optical drive bay. This unit has a DVD drive in the optical bay and a secondary drive in the primary bay. I cannot locate the primary drive (Root drive).
Does anyone have any good information about the layout of this laptop?
Thanks

I thought my previous post was closing the question and awarding points. I'll try again

I'm not sure if it is hybrid, but I've never seen one like it. It's a sandisk that looks like a memory chip. Two together to create a RAID, but it has failed. Anyway, the RAID has failed and the secondary drive is defective. I'll inform the customer.
Thanks to both of you
