Tracking uptime for a bunch of sites

I work for a company with lots of public facing sites and hope to find a tool which will allow us to collect data on uptimes and downtimes for each site. The less manual work the better.

Ideally, there is no effort needed once configured where we can always see the results, by week, month, year.

I want to reach some high uptime, like 99.9% for example.

I hope this site would track that and show the number of minutes total downtime with no human calculations.

What are the options to a third party tool? I would consider any viable solution since I just started my research with this post...

Please provide all options.
