are you sure you are running a 64 bit Windows 10.

If you right click on speaker icon next to clock go to Playback devices<br />
Make sure Speakers are set as default playback device<br />

Followed the Lenovo instructions and we have sound back. &nbsp;However, there is still a warning message that appears from MS about enhancements being disabled. &nbsp;I elected to answer &quot;yes&quot; to enable and all seems OK for now.

I have already tried troubleshooting. &nbsp;I can hear sound via the troubleshooter but when going to the CP and Sound to test a sound, I get nothing. &nbsp;The current driver is IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. &nbsp;Is there a generic driver from MS for W10 that might work better?
