How to copy all NDR (Bouncebacks) to the postmaster mailbox Exchange 2016

Hello Team,

We have created a postmaster mailbox and associate it with the postmaster email address in exchange 2016, we have also configured the ExternalPostMasterAddress to as well as the GenerateCopyOfDSNFor codes for NDR emails.
We need to receive copies of all NDR's that are received in the organization into that postmaster mailbox but for some reason what I've done so far is still not working and the postmaster inbox is not receiving anything.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you

Yes I have, I added DSN codes 5.0.0 and 5.1.1, I tried generating those 2 and nothing gets copied over.

so if you are sending email to from gmail address to your domain (your exchange) for any unknown user, are you getting bounce back on your gmail account?

Have your tried restarting the Exchange Transport service?

I ended up creating a journaling mailbox that keeps only bounceback in the inbox by deleting all other msgs journaled.

Thank you.
