new monitor does not fit old computer- is there a way to connect it with different wires?

i think this monitor should work, just not seeing where it connects to my graphic card (PNY from geforce)

If you do not need the DVI port, go into any Staples, Best Buy store or go to Amazon and get a standard HDMI cable. These are readily available.
