How do I create an .ISO out of a .zip file?

Can anyone tell me how to make an .ISO out of this?  Please include links to any software (free) that I'll need.

I would create a restore point before installing this kind of software.
I wouldn't worry too much about CDBurnerXP... it's been around since... well.. before Windows XP.  LOL
Just so you are aware, the last time I installed CDBurnerXP I discovered it had come bundled with OpenCandy.  There was no way to avoid installing this, as per the licence details, however the software that it then suggested was optional.  I don't like anything that bundles extra software, so I stopped using CDBurnerXP.

I am on a works computer that has some site restrictions, so I cannot read their privacy policy:  https://cdburnerxp.se/help/policies/privacy
however I can see the page as cached by Google and it states this:

Installer / OpenCandy
OpenCandy has been replaced by installCore in current versions of CDBurnerXP and is no longer active in older installers.

Installer / installCore
The default installer (setup packages without installCore are also available) makes use of the installCore advertisement platform. When installing CDBurnerXP, you are asked to review and accept the installCore Installation Guidelines.
This installer uses installCore to recommend other software you may find valuable during the installation of this software. installCore collects *NON-personally identifiable* information about this installation and the recommendation process.

There are most likely some versions that come without installCore, such as portable versions, but you would have to hunt them out.
i have also CDBurnerXP for years - i did not see anything like open candy up to now, Bill
but since i do believe you - what would you recommend?
From what I understand, installCore isn't anything to worry about.  They make installation wizards just like Installshield (Flexera), but instead of paying a ton of licensing fees, you can use an "ad-based" installer.  You see a couple of ads during the installation and then it goes away and doesn't leave anything behind.

It's kind of like using the free WordPress sites instead of paying the premium... you still get your blog, but your readers see WordPress ads so WordPress can make money off the service you're using.
The best way, is to create a restore point before Installing any of these program and after finishing your job, Restore your computer back.
All of the suggested softwares above do the same thing and no one can say which one is the best.
What's the ZIP file? What does it contain? Do you want to make a bootable ISO?

Typically, you only want to make an ISO when you want to make an image of a bootable CD. Not all ISOs are technically bootable though. Also, if you want to make a bootable USB, you don't necessarily have to start with an ISO.
@nobus - I have to be honest and say that I haven't burned a CD or created an ISO for a long time.  When I stopped using CDBurnerXP I simply reverted to an old Roxio CD/DVD burning software version that I had.
tx for the update Bill
btw - did you see my reply message yet to you?
