MPLS/Private Circuit Provider in Ecuador

Which companies can I contact in Ecuador in order to get a firm quote for an dedicated private leased circuit to a well known datacenter in the United States?

I saw there is CNT, Claro, Movistar, and TvCable but I can't see how to contact them for these products. Any idea about that?

And also any other telecom providers to recommend?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Find 'empresas' section in their site and call 'attencion cliente' or 'servicio pre-venta', they are likely to understand your question.

All of the providers with the exception of TvCable have *### or 1 800 #'s that are only dialable from within Ecuador. Any idea how to proceed considering that I am dialing from outside of Ecuador? With the TvCable reps although I was able to speak to their business side, I was not able to convince them that there is such a thing as an international dedicated private line. They only could conceive of selling business class internet. That was 1.5 hours after getting transferred around the business department.
Here's a US phone number for you for Claro: 1 866 209 0234

They have an entire section of their site discussing multinational companies:
