Remote desktop gateway event 6273 reason 37 using Domain Admin to login through jump desktop
Hi I am trying to RDP access my server using Jump Desktop for Mac. I am remoting in using the domain admin account .
This account works fine from windows .
When I try to login I get 6273 reason 37 which is basically saying that the user cannot login at that time .
This makes no sense since I am able to login on a non mac platform .
I am attaching the error I get from jump desktop
I am also the administrator of the RDP gateway but I dont know what I need to do make this work .
I am hoping someone used this product and can help .
I have also attached the event log message .
