Have you run the performance audit recently?

Right click computer

Left click properties

Click windows experience index

Click re-run the assessment...

If that doesn't fix it, check the service for windows aero.

Any event log errors for aero?

go to Troubleshooting in control panel > Display Aero desktop > next, and check if it helps.

i ran the assesment but no luck. is there a service aero?
Run sysdm.cpl > Advanced  > performance > select adjust for best performance > Make sure Enable Aero Peek is checked
or
Right click my computer > properties > Advanced System settings > performance > select adjust for best performance > make sure you do not allow Windows to choose for you because your computer does not know whats best --- Make sure Enable Aero Peek is checked
Find the path of a theme we want to use – aero.theme is the standard Windows 7 theme and can be found in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero.theme
Open the Group Policy console (gpmc or local group policy as required).
Find the policy User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Personalization \ Load a specific theme
Enter the path of the theme, we will use an environment variable so that it works on all machines: %windir%\Resources\Themes\aero.theme
Save the policy and apply it to the relevant Organizational Units (OUs).
i went to sysdm, cpl but there is no option to tick for enable aero
First of all you need to make sure that your computer has a rating.
Start > Control Panel > System. You should have a "Windows Experience Index" as mentioned above. Once you have this, windows will automatically add the check book for Aero Peek in Performance Options window.

if it didn't help then this link also might help to troubleshoot your problem.

when i try to fix the problem with trouble shooting it goes
mirror drivers dont support area affects.

but if i sign onto another user on the same machine the aero does work..
Make a new user account and give it administrator privileges, and check again,
if there is no problem then probably user account files for that user have some problems.
if it is the user is there a way to fix it
it might be, but it takes time to check more things.
you can start with a cleanup tools and registry fixer like CCleaner (free) or something like that running on that machine.

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

open elevated command prompt with admin rights, and run this command:  sfc /scannow
i created another user but no luck aero still not working. :(
maybe Restoring computer from an Image backup or reinstalling Windows can solve the Issue. or perhaps it's a hardware problem with graphic card.
have though as that as a last restort, due to the fact that 6 other computer have a similiar issue :)
