Ran the speedtest. It is ok for download but gives error for upload. But I go to google drive to try to upload a big file and it is done very fastly. I dont understand the reason..

You are on a public network, so if you did a proper reset, the issue is on the public network. <br />

You could try updating the Wireless card driver but first I would test on your own private network and make sure all is well

What do you mean by error?...where you connect : company/public network/campus....probably<wbr /> the admin has put a cap on Upload in order to control the bandwidth...
