I'm in a public network. My upload speed is limited for some websites. How can I check if there is filter/limit for my computer? (Windows user)

Download speeds are all ok.
However for upload speeds I guess I have some limitations. Because I upload very fast to Google Drive or Dropbox but not for the most of the other sites.
I dont have this problem at another network. But in this network nobody is getting this problem. So, I guess it is somewhat related to my computer.

Where can I check this issue? Not an expert at DNS, Firewall, IP throttle, ipconfig etc. etc. Any tool, website, config will be appreciated.
I'm using Windows 10.

Thanks

How about running some speedtests...maybe the ISP has weak connections to some parts of the globe..use : www.speedtest.net and report back....

@John Hurst
Thanks for the directives. I followed them step by step and completed successfully. Restarted. But all the same, unfortunately :(

Ran the speedtest. It is ok for download but gives error for upload. But I go to google drive to try to upload a big file and it is done very fastly. I dont understand the reason..

You are on a public network, so if you did a proper reset, the issue is on the public network.

You could try updating the Wireless card driver but first I would test on your own private network and make sure all is well

What do you mean by error?...where you connect : company/public network/campus....probably the admin has put a cap on Upload in order to control the bandwidth...

Ok thanks for input. I dont think there is a cap but anyway.. Will check more with the network owners..
