Moving Subscription from Office 365 Enterprise E3 to Office 365 Business Premium

Hi, When Moving Subscription from Office 365 Enterprise E3 to Office 365 Business Premium does the desktop application of office 2016/2013 need to be uninstalled and re-installed?

Can I get away with just signing out File>Account>Signout and Sign in again to active Business premium features?

You have to do the reinstall as those are different SKUs. The Business Premium license is not compatible with "enterprise" install.
