For some reason, emails coming from a specific sender always go into our Outlook JUNK folder.
I have ask the sender to send me a simple test mail and it went to JUNK in Outlook.
I then drag her email from JUNK to INBOX and ask her to resend me a test email.
This time, it goes to INBOX folder.
Any one know why it behaves like that and how to fix it?
We use Office 365.
