Legit email goes into JUNK.
For some reason, emails coming from a specific sender always go into our Outlook JUNK folder.
I have ask the sender to send me a simple test mail and it went to JUNK in Outlook.
I then drag her email from JUNK to INBOX and ask her to resend me a test email.
This time, it goes to INBOX folder.
Any one know why it behaves like that and how to fix it?
We use Office 365.

Also ifthe sender is in the contacts list, it will go to inbox, you can add him to safe senders list
