Excel 2007 Macro to Change Column Formatting

Hello,

Hoping someone can assist in developing a macro that will clean up a spreadsheet.  Please see attached where the 'Before' tab shows how the data appears raw and the 'After' tab shows how I would like the data to appear once the macro is ran.  Please note the range will be different that what appears on the 'before' tab.  Likely 200 rows of data.

Thanks!!
