you can open pdf both in Chrome or Firefox.
In my opinion the fastes are
sumatraPDF (that reads also epub) or
Python 3 Fundamentals

This course will teach participants about installing and configuring Python, syntax, importing, statements, types, strings, booleans, files, lists, tuples, comprehensions, functions, and classes.

Here are three excellent (FREE!) PDF reader/viewers:

(1) Foxit Reader:

(2) PDF-XChange Editor:

They also have a PRO (non-free) version, but I think you'll find that the free version does everything you need. It even has OCR capability.

(3) Nitro Reader:

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the reminder on Sumatra. I had some problems with it the last time I tried it (decided to uninstall it), but that was quite a while ago — definitely before the release of the current version 3.1.2 (2016-08-14). I see that it now has W10 support and 64-bit builds. I'm sure it's worth another spin. Thanks, Joe
