How to browse browser history of all domain users

I have an older SBS '08 enviro behind a current TZ300 SonicWall and I have been asked to see if anyone visited a particular website. I checked and it is set in a way that doesn't permit browser history deletion, but only from IE? Unsure if the use of Chrome or Firefox still writes history to IE locally. Is there a higher level log of all sites visited which would show the usual datestamps and PC names? Or is this something I would need to enable on the Firewall? Or a more specialized capture software for use on the server?
All clients are Windows 7 except for one Mac Pro which I have to investigate as well. Just trying to weigh options before I suit up.

Thanks in advance.

Question has been sufficiently answered.
Active Directory
Active Directory

Active Directory (AD) is a Microsoft brand for identity-related capabilities. In the on-premises world, Windows Server AD provides a set of identity capabilities and services, and is hugely popular (88% of Fortune 1000 and 95% of enterprises use AD). This topic includes all things Active Directory including DNS, Group Policy, DFS, troubleshooting, ADFS, and all other topics under the Microsoft AD and identity umbrella.
