I believe when you click "Other Folder" and use that other folder it gets automatically added.  Are you asking how to keep it there?

No. I 'm looking to expand it beyond 10, the default.

I've been researching this for weeks, everything I read is that this is not possible. Reallllllly?  No even registry hack?

Is this "feature" changed in a later version of Outlook?
As far as I know (Outlook 2007, 20, 13, 16) the size of the folder list is fixed. Most recent folders are in the list, and then you can choose Other folders.

Thanks. Doesn't really help though, since then I'm just inventing "rules" in a different way.

Is this feature added in a later version?
Quick Steps feature is avablable in Outlook 2010/2013/2016. And there is still no feature to increase the number of recent folder in "move" drop-down.
