This is my situation
1- Ihave 2 exchange servers email account (2 different companies)
2- I have a gmail account that I use for work (Google Apps)
3-I have an mDaemon account from another company for whom I m the IT consultant.
My emails do not cause me a problem since there are many tools now that provide combined inbox.
I can even get away with Outlook with each folder for each email account.
my real problem is how to combine the calendars.
I get a lot of invites and each one from different account and I end up having multiple calendars and I get lost !
Any tool (even if not free) that can combine calendars from different sources ?
if not then what are the best practices ? I m sure I am not the only one with a complicated work life".
