It was not 100% but it was near to my query just i was not able to shift the software. but link provided had solution if it was in my hand to move to that software suggested

Similar question that i want to start and shutdown vmplayer on boot but in background .<br />
Os: windows 8.1<br />
Is it possible to prompt that it has completely started so that further process can be done. Reason don't want to disclose that task is done via vmplayer to client
