Need GPO to have IE is not set to automatically detect intranet sites

I want a GPO to turn off (uncheck) the Internet Explorer setting to automatically detect intranet sites.

This policy help to you to control the Internet Explorer displays local intranet content. you have to use Tom Cieslik steps to disable to settings to detect intranet sites automatically.

just to make sure I'm explaining our needs correctly.  our website spcala.com will not display correctly if the "display intranet sites in compatibility view is checked.
